Creampuff by gg will make every effort to state accurate prices, product descriptions and content in our website, marketing & merchandising. If an error or omission has occurred we will do our best to amend them quickly. All corrections will be posted.

Terms of Use (The Stuffy Part)
Use of our site constitutes your agreement to follow and to be bound by our terms. All pricing and products are displayed in Canadian dollars. We do not claim responsibility for content or actions of any sites with links to or from our site.
Mail order transactions are handled through secure PayPal and Moneris accounts. Online payments, shipping, exchanges & credits will also be processed through Creampuff by gg for online purchases & policies.
Shipping Policy
Orders will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days from Monday through Friday weekly, excluding Canadian holidays. Expedited or special shipping can be requested and we will do our best to meet customer requests. Our office and warehouse are in North Vancouver, BC. As transit time varies by location, we will do our best to communicate & track your package but cannot guarantee delivery times as orders can be delayed in the process.

All purchases are shipped by regular Canada Post (ground) within Canada and Canada Post (air) to the USA.

Regular delivery charges for inside Canada are based upon package weight & dimensions. We try to ship in the form of an envelope to avoid high cost. (Any combination – 2 tops, 2 bottoms, or 1 of each)

Local Pickup
You are available to pick-up your item at FAVOURITE GIFTS. It is located on the 2nd level of the Lonsdale Quay Market in beautiful North Vancouver, British Columbia…just a 15 minute seabus ride from downtown Vancouver!

You can contact us prior to purchase to discuss this shipping option. With an agreement for pick-up, we will remove the shipping charges on the listing and then reserve it for you.
Return Policy
At Creampuff by gg we want you to be happy and enjoy our products! After all – that’s the whole idea behind Creampuffs! Our design and construction choices have all been made with comfort and fun in mind. We will do our best to advise you on size (see sizing chart), colour and style. Please contact us if you have any questions about size, performance, quality or policy. We will gladly offer a credit or exchange on any size or style and will do our best to make you happy!
Credit or Exchange
Items for credit or exchange must be postmarked within 15 days of the date of purchase. Creampuff by gg collections are seasonal so once they’re gone – They’re gone! We will do our best to replace an item at your request, or suggest a similar product if the original size or style has sold out.
If you are exchanging an item more than 14 days after purchase, a redeemable merchandise credit will be issued for your next purchase.
Proceeding return policies apply to regular price Creampuff by gg items. Clearance items are final sale, sorry! Please contact us regarding any credit or exchange questions.
Delivery and shipping charges are non-refundable.
